I am a dancer, creative movement teacher, and Shiatsu & Focusing practitioner based in north Pembrokeshire. I am also a mother of two girls, a founding member of Maynard Abercych CIC and run 2 Penrhiw (www.2penrhiw.co.uk), an artist residency and holiday cottage in Abercych.
Somatic work, including improvisation and Authentic Movement, continue to be foundational to my approach to life including teaching, body work and inform my attitude towards curating, producing & supporting other artists’ work.
I bring the joy of improvisation practice to my children and youth dance work & a holistic approach to bringing our bodies into awareness. Sessions with the very young and the growing older are a current interest I am pursuing in my community.
